Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on the way.
How long does shipping take?
- Europe: about 3–7 business days
- USA & Rest of the world: about 7–21 business days
Please note: All packages are shipped via Poland Post with tracking. Once your order is shipped, delivery time is out of my hands. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, reach out to me via email — I’ll do my best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide
Please note: You’re responsible for any customs or import fees in your country.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your address before placing the order. If you realize there’s a mistake, email me ASAP. If the package returns due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Tattoo Booking
Can I get a tattoo from you?
Yes! Tattoo bookings are done through Instagram only.
There’s a highlighted post on my profile with all the info you need on how to book with me.
I usually book up quickly, so don’t wait too long!
Do you have a waiting list for countries you'll visit for tattooing?
Yes! You can sign up for my newsletter to stay updated about upcoming tattoo trips and get early access to bookings when I’m visiting your country.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
You have the right to return any physical product within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.
This includes situations where you are not happy with the product or have ordered the wrong t-shirt size and would like to return or exchange it.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- You must email me within 14 days of receiving your order
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, all custom fees and import duties.
Once I receive the returned item, I’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or send the correct size (if available — shipping costs may apply).
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll either replace it or refund you.
Lost orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after:
- 3 weeks for Europe
- 5 weeks for international order
Please contact me — I’ll investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Tattoo Ticket
Tattoo tickets are digital products, not physical products. If you purchased one by mistake thinking it was a physical item, email me and I’ll refund you.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Used, washed, or worn products
