1. Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Please use a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original one (if eligible).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
